I was edge searching dime rolls for silver and found a dime with no reeding. It was so clean that I thought someone had slipped a penny in the dime roll. Everything else on the coin is strong(especially the rim) so I don't suspect PMD so my question is,what kind of a premium do reeding error dimes usually bring?

You say that the rims are especially strong? Sounds like a Dryer Coin to me.

Basically, the reeding was flattened after tumbling around in a dryer for a long time, which would also cause the rims to be raised.

I have tried taking pics but they are not coming out that you can see any detail. When I say the rim is "strong",I mean very normal, not worn down. I have several Dryer Coins and the rim is not"turned over" like happens in a dryer. The rim is not rounded at all. When is the reeding applied, the same time the rim is raised?

The reeding is applied by the collar which surrounds the coin when it is struck. The only way the reeding wouldn't get applied is if it was struck out of collar (a broadstrike). But most of the coins without reeding are missing it for some other reason (a Dryer Coin, it was spooned, it was worn off through circulation, it was worn off in a slot machine, etc.)
