What is the difference between km#46.1 & km#46.2? and which km# I've uploaded?

The 46.1 has a narrow space (like yours) within the 0 of 50 whereas the 46.2 has a wider, slightly more rounded space making the lines of the zero thinner to left and right.

To illustrate. 46.1 then 46.2

In that series only 1974 is rare. They minted only 33 000 coins and one guy from Slovenia come to official mint and bought all 33 000 coins and then sell them one buy one at high price.
My collection on Numista page:
7500 different coins and counting...
