The date does not appear to be affected "In God We Trust" is. What do you guys think? I want to thank Coop and the rest of you contributes to the forum for all the cool pics and Illustrations that helped me identify this. I started a post on the roll hunting forum because I started searching a $25 box of pennys today, so please do not remove this thread as this thread is to confirm my opinion that this coin is in fact a DD, If not I am really embarrassed. Because of the wear to this coin, I can not see those die markers, they are fine scratches. I thought that since it was minted in Denver that would narrow it down for us but I can't figure it out.
