This is the funniest one I saw in a while - with a superb COA :

Unfortunatly, the image provided could be copied countless times. Stalpes sell the gold seals.

Although usual design elements are there, the coin just don't have the proper design ...
It's an imaginary imitation of a spanish 1 reale cob minted in Potosi, mixed between a normal and a royal-style type.
And then, the details are not correct, it clearly comes from a mold, it's not a striked coin (the edge of the letters are smooth, the background of the coin looks like a sponge ...)

Thanks so much for the explanation. There are so many fakes out there. It's nice to have access to your knowledge.

You welcome :)
I'm glad to be able to share some knowledge about fakes - as some other here do (which usually know more than me : TwoKopeiki, Dosmundos and Swamperbob for example)

Anyway, a good rule is to buy the coin, not the paper ... (unless you collect papers :p)
Don't hesitate to ask here if you have doubts on a coin, many will be glad to help (we all hate crooks ...)

I have no respect for COAs. As I've said before anyone with a computer, a printer, and rudimentary skills in graphic design could certify any piece of junk as treasure.
