i presume you are asking if this is a small date or a large date. to me the image looks slightly distorted, but I'm going with large date.

Yeah looks large date to me too. Can you get a better pic? just of the date and MM ?

I believe the tip of the 9 should point toward the 7 . also two letters in liberty will be light stuck. the E and Y if I remember right

The LIBERTY being struck light isn't a good indicator to go off of...I have heard of some Small Dates with well struck Liberty's..also Large Dates could be struck lightly...wouldn't want to miss one. The 7 clearly goes below the 0...it a Large Date.
