Not being too much a fan of tones coins, I have no idea what kind of value (other than face) to put on this. Could someone give me some ideas?
BTW - it is shiny with original luster in appearance - my lighting technique was no good.

I don't think the toning on that coin adds any extra value to it. The coin looks like it has a little wear on the hair too.

Are you trying to sell it or buy it?

I just see a value of 50 cents on it.

First set of pics done with a diffuser in sunlight (real high tech - white milk jug set over coin!).

Pics in sunlight - luster/sunlight hinders toning showing in these pics.

So what makes a collectible toned coin vs. who-cares-type toning?

I found this roll searching and was wondering if it had any value to anyone or whether I should just toss it back in with the others?

You might find a buyer for it and the value is based on how much that buyer would be willing to pay for it. People do collect toned coins.

I don't think it is worth more than face value due to the grade. If it were MS then it might be
