This nickel appears to have a DOUBLE STAMP on the edge near GOD WE TRUST THE BOTTOM OF HIS SHIRT IS CLOSE TO THE EDGE, LIBERTY SLIGHTLY DOUBLED? on the reverse THE TWO L'S IN MONTICELLO ARE HARDLY VISIBLE, THE O ALSO APPEARS TO HAVE A BUMP ON IT'S BOTTOM, AND THE S IN CENTS HAS A THICK TOP LOOP AND A TRAILING OFF BOTTOM.

Your coin is a normal circulated coin. Only struck once.
The area on WE TRUST looks like coin contact that flattened the rim on that area.
Same way near the date. The LIBERTY looks like it is suffering from die deterioration/wear. The composition of the nickel is 75% copper and 25% nickel. Copper being soft, but the nickel is very hard. This wears the dies down faster and the extra thickness of the nickel planchets cause more wear than you would be on cents which is a softer planchet with copper and now zinc.
The reverse on MONTECELLO is suffering from another problem. It was struck through a filled die, probably grease and it blocked out part of the devices in that area. This is fairly common and doesn't warrant a premium. So you have a common Nickel. But keep looking. You never know what you WILL find next.

You got some nice photos of that poor nickel. I say that because I had to enlarge your pic by 400% to get a good look. But even so, I don't even see the 'doubling' that you see....hmmm, tired old eyes, probably.

But that rim! I think the coin was struck a little off-center -- HOWEVER, coop didn't mention it and he's and expert...so I suppose it is PMD. Still...it is odd.

The obverse exhibits a minor Mis-Aligned Die (MAD) ... other than that a normal circulated Jefferson nickel IMHO.

To the OP ... please turn 'off' THE ALL CAPS ... many of us hate to read the shouting.
