Yes definately. If you have clear photos of both sides of the coin it should be possible to ID which one.

Yes thanks for the photos very easy now, the die cracks near the R in REGINA and the die cracks at leaf 12 and 14 are clear markers for this coin. You have a Haxby PC59-312. http://www.vickycents.com/rev-e32a.html

If you prefer Zoell numbers you have "Zoell R2c, and also on p 285 of Charlton 2011 catalog"

FInally found the correct thread! I have a couple 1859 in VF condition that look very similar to that coin. WIll try to get some good pictures up this weekend so compare. Got to charge up the camera and get some good lighting. Its near impossible to photo with my iphone lol!

Oh yeah. I used a USB microscope for the first picture and a flat bed scanner for the other 2.

R2b....is there a corresponding haxby number? I would like to look through my 1859s, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
