I was surfing ebay and came across this double struck dime and thought Wow!"Nice one" but Looking at the reverse red flags started popping up..Something is not right.Have a look and tell me is there anyway this could happen at the mint.
The obverse seems fine. Both strikes are right side up facing the same direction but flip it over to the reverse and "What the heck"

Shouldn't both torches be right side up?

You raise a valid point. I would question this piece as well for the same reason.

I saw this one this morning too, and questioned the same thing. Its not impossible to think that somebody struck it again with a set of fake dies.

Thanks for the input. So should this be reported as a fake error? Made to deceive or not?

Would like to figure out the exact process that was used to create this
one. Like Coop mentioned, main part of the coin is in the normal Coin position but the other is in the Medal position.
