sorry TBAR that is not it but dont give up. the reason I say it isn't it is the double mon is thicker leters than that one or it will look thicker in a pic anyway

That one's actually Die Deterioration Doubling. The die is worn out and the edges of the letters are starting to chip away.

Hey coppercoins, is the ripling in the medal or striation marks in his picture, a sign of a Die Deterioration.

yes. That's the other sign of Die Deterioration, and it shows on almost every case of deterioration doubling...especially on nickels.
