I had posted this once before but never updated it.
I had it graded by ANACS.It remains the only die 8 Denver coin known so far.

I'm into error coins more so than Varieties, what is the difference between the 1988 and 1989 reverse ?

Nice coin. I started searching for varieties in coin rolls. I set aside all my 1988 cents so I can go through them in batches. I was excited for a second because one of the coins was clearly the 1989 reverse. Then I flipped it over and I saw I accidentally put a 1998 in the pile. Good to know they are out there as most of my coins come from the Denver mint.

Just out of curiosity, what is it appraised for?
