IHC, Is This Longacre Tripling?

I tried to take a good pic and I still can't get a decent macro pic.

This is an 1885 IHC. Each letter is doubled or tripled. The
"A" has three parallel lines, next to the edge of the "A"; for a total of 4 lines.

Is this what is known as longacre doubling?

Need better pics, but looks like it is Longacre doubling.

Looks doubled to me also, could you put up a picture showing the whole coin?

Actually it looks a LOT different than the link posted. All the other letters look like that. But the A is completely different. I'll have to figure out how to post a better pick.
