Well, I tumbled what I thought were all clads and it turns out, I had a copper token in there my mistake. Now, all my clads are pink! Help!
I am going to tumble them again without the token tomorrow but does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of the pink on clads?
Thanks!
Montana Mel

Why were you tumbling the coins?

I would guess that they are MD recoveries, tumbling is a common method for cleaning ground finds. Assuming that is what you have and not actual collectible coins, try using an acid such as vinegar or jewelry cleaner dip.

Clad coins are pink huh... Does this matter? Dump them at your local coin counter and start over.

Don't tumble your coins, flipping them is much better. :)
But seriously, you could just spend them.

Maybe list them on ebay as errors and some fool will bid on them... [just kidding]
