Cashier-Drawer-Finds

Top Row (L-R) - 1947 Dime, 1964 Dime, 1934 Quarter
Bottom - 1949 Canadian Dime, 1963 Canadian Dime, 1964 Half

I found all six of these this past month ish. Just thought I'd ask me fellow CCFers for a second opinion on rarity, value, and condition of these guys. I'm still new to coin collecting so every bit of insight is a great help! Thanks guys!

And let me know if you need any more closer or specific pics and I'll get right on it

Wow! Very nice. It really is amazing that there is still 90% silver circulating.

Thanks guys, basebal, believe it or not, I have only seen about 5 halves in the drawer and to my surprise one of them was the 64 90%er which I immediately grabbed

Figure I'll post some nickels too

Top (L-R) - 1970-S, 1948
Bottom - 1940, 1946

And the 1948 just looks shiny because of the way my light was shining on it, it's just about the same luster as the others

Very true, cause there is no way these things have just been floating around in circulation since 64 and before

I would be shocked if they passed through more than 4 or 5 people in the last decade with no one knowing what it was and putting it in storage

Nice finds. Did you check the reverses on the U.S. coins for mint marks?

Great stuff. I really love that you can find stuff like that in circulation from time to time.

Thanks everybody!

Just a gas station clerk in a somewhat wealtheir neighborhood, so I guess that contributes to the people's ignorance to coinage hahaha.

John, they all seem to be D's aside from the Kennedy which doesn't have one, that means it's a P correct?
