Looks genuine and EF-40 to me.

EF40 on the grade, but the rim dings leave something to the grade also I'd want to see the edge. I'd think these would keep it from a clean TPG, and depending on how bad they are could potentially knock it down 1-2 full grades in value, defintely a detalis grade.

Looks like some sort of VF grade to me. Liberty's left hand, knee and boob, eagle's leading edge of wings, eyebrow and right foot are all worn a bit flat to reach an EF grade.

please buy slabbed.......chances of getting a fake is high as the chinese counterfeit these by the binfulls

Unfortunately they make them in slabs too.....

Nice coin! Large.
IMHO do not know grade ;( the problem with
Trade dollars is nicely brought out by scubu.
the corners of slab have bubbles one of the markers for fake slabs. The two coins both look good to me. So I do not
have any genuine Trade dollars! I do collect counterfeits
would really really like to have one in a slab!!

If it is not a fake then ex-40 is the grade I see
