Looks like Thailand, I think I recognize the portrait of their king.
As well as their writing :)

These are 1 Baht coins. I think the years are
BE 2544 = 2001
BE 2547= 2004
The BE refers to the "Buddhist Era" which is 543 years ahead of the western calendar

The years are the 4 symbols above the large circular symbol on the reverse.

I don't know where they are minted.

I actually translate the date-numerals as 2554 (AD 2011) and 2547.

Mint?

I don't know where they are minted.

Thailand has its own mint, just one, the Royal Thai Mint, currently situated on the northern outskirts of Bangkok.

Both of these coins were struck at this new Mint building, which opened in 2003.

You'll also notice the portrait is slightly different on the two coins: the portrait on the top coin was introduced partway through 2008. And, if the catalogue information is correct, the top coin should stick to a magnet (nickel-plated steel), while the lower coin should not (cupronickel).

Here is it then and thanks everyone. They both are one Baht coins from Thailand. The top coin being minted in 2011 and it is magnetic. The bottom coin is not magnetic and was minted in 2004, and both coins were minted at the Royal Thai Mint.
Rest in Peace
