Just picked this up from a fellow member. I have another 08-S in the same old small white ANACS holder but, that one is F Details/corroded.
Still really like it :-)

I try to shoot the best I can through these slabs. Any scratches are on the plastic.

The ribbon is barely separated from the hair, so I'll say XF40, but it seems like a lot of these get graded at XF45.

XF40, the facial dings won't disqualify the coin to grade cleanly. Nice coin!

VF-35 (problem free) due to facial dings and lack of details on the feathers?

VF-30? Older white holders were tougher on grading usually, not always. Today it would probably get the EF40 grade.
