It isn't a floral pattern but a toughra. A toughra is a fancy cipher and each Ottoman ruler had their own.
The coin is struck off centre (and is pierced, probably for a belly dancers outfit) so the words are incomplete, but the bottom line is the accession year 1203 (in the hegira calender, about 1800 in the Christian calender), the line above has only the last half of a word and the word might be sanaa (year), above that line is the word misr (Egypt). Then there is a straight line. Above the line is a word I'm unsure off (it has the hole through it). The top line is the year in the regnal period that the coin was struck. It could be 1203/1 or 1203/6 (the 1st or the 6th year). Cannot be certain as the Arabic 6 looks like an L that is rotated 180 degrees whilst the 1 looks like a western 1. As the top of the figure is missing it could be a 1 or a 6.
