That's a clean coin, based on the given photos. Appears to have superb mint luster and very few contact marks.
I'd say MS65 possibly MS66.
Very nice GSA!

This could easily be a 66 based on these pictures.

I am assuming NGC and PCGS?

I would send it to NGC. They will leave the coin in the original holder, and still grade it.

Definitely a candidate for NGC. Looks like a good shot at MS66.

Awesome coin! I have the same, But also the '83 & 84 CC's. My grandpa left one to each of his kids and I eventually got them all, still in boxes with papers. I want to have mine graded also, and would definitely use NGC. They do leave them in the original case? The best part is my gramps wrote a note to each my mother and both unckles saying "to Carol, this should be worth $30-40 in forty years".... And the same to both unckles... Good guess gramps, but a bit off.... ;)

Yep, a beauty, MS-66. I'm surprised that one is still in a GSA holder and not already in a PCGS or NGC older slab.

Believe that is the best direction as well....NGC it is. If this makes an MS64 grade - I am in at even money. Anything above that...and life is better (MS64PL, MS65, MS65PL, MS66, MS66PL, MS66+, MS66+PL).

It looks like there is a good possibility of getting a MS-65. I has very nice semi-PL maybe PL luster.
