No, they haven't done that since 2010 and they only did it for the new design and for 2009. Congrats on finding that many rolls of new cents! They sure are pretty when new. Almost certainly to commemorate the year of the wedding. If that's true, great idea, especially for a groom that's a numismatist! I just got a box of cents from my bank and I'm starting to find 2012s in there. D's, no P's yet. Always have a difficult time with Philly mint in Texas. Depends on where you are. So far I have seen exactly one and that was a month and a half ago. I've seen may a dozen or so 2011's and a couple dozen 2010. And exactly three 2009's one LP1 and two LP2.
