Posted pics of this weathered grand dame under HONDO's prior topic, but, on advice, hope i'll get more grading opinions giving her her own post. There seems to be quite a difference in value between Poor/Fair/AG/G in this issue

On average, I would grade this as AG-3. On the minus side, I would expect to see more lettering and stars on the reverse, on the plus side there's more hair detail than I expect in AG-3.

From my limited affair with the 1807 Dime, I think yours also grades AG3 and the clear date is awesome.
Reverse looks pretty consistent for the grade, but overall its great!

By the way, I ended up selling mine (bought for $48) for $130!

Looks AG3 and a nice solid coin. No holes, no heavy scratches, just honest wear.

This coin could grade either FR-2 or AG-3 at a TPG but I think it would more likely come back as a FR-2 because the obverse looks just a bit too worn for an AG. Nice coin!

I was thinking FR2 also. An old, rare dame nonetheless!

If you sell it, send it to the AG-3 camp.
