Aw man, without Photgrade next to me I'm in a lot of trouble with grading. But, I will take a far off shot anyway, because I need to learn.

I see the obverse as being nicer than the reverse for some reason at first glance. Not sure why. Maybe because it looks like wear on the top left part of the shield, and I don't see that much on the obverse if any.

Again, not my forte for sure, so I'm sure someone will come along with a much better answer.

That being said, I think I will go with a middle of the road AU.
