Dear Friends This Penny looks like a different color.Like goldish. Is it a Bronze strike, like it happened in 1998 etc.I saw pic on Ken Potter site.Nothing on the site about any 1990 Pennys?
I feel that this might BE a DDR and DDO in ONE,too

The FG is Unique...it looks like 2 different ones on Top of Each other? Appreciate your views,Expert advise, thoughts?
Well,I hope this one is lucky Winner, too.

God Bless,
Beck,
Lincoln Penny Treausre Hunter.
PS:I just found a 1970s Small DATE,but it showes its DDO,too.I checked the coppercoins site, they only show the LD ones or Proofs.
I kinda remember that even the #1 DDO of that year and mint was a LD,not a SD.

You have a completely normal zinc 1990 cent with some ghost doubling due to Die Deterioration. If its color is off, this is likely an environmental exposure issue.

Weight wouldn't tell anything about the question he is asking. A brass plated cent would weigh the same thing as a normal cent, and doubled dies don't change the weight of coins either.
