I recently put all of my more collectable SML into quadrum plastic cases and I just took a look at them today and a lot of them have white marks on them! They look like water marks or blotches, is there a good way to get rid of them or anything to dip them in?

Search the forum topic. Many threads on here that will give you in depth opinions on the subject. They are called milk spots and SML are well known for this problem.

You can also buff them off with an eraser, but you put hairline scratches on them in the process. Did that with one of my ASE's.

Take a look at YouTube. There are some videos on there that go into some detail about different methods of getting rid of these "milk spots".

It's like magic the way the eraser works. But it can definitely be harmful. I don't think it can't be harmful actually.

joboman,

You're hardly alone. Some of my favorite privy SMLs have developed spots over the years. I believe one of the members (Sel?) said the mint had overcome the issue and the spots were a thing of the past.
