The die marker next to "WE" and the die marker under "TR" are an EXACT match for Coppercoins DDO#1 LDS

I must be really bad at finding error coins because even with this microscope pic I see a penny... with scratches, but still a penny

The die scratches are close (but not an exact match), but the images are not showing the hub doubling that a doubled die would have. Without the hub doubling, you have a normal cent.

The "E" in "WE" is definitely doubled. Is this an 001? possibly.

How much is something like that worth if its authentic? And can these things be faked?

I would guess in the $25 range judging by coppercoins price guide. Yes they can be faked, but I doubt anyone would go to the trouble for a low dollar variety. The 1955 and 1972 are examples of doubled dies that are counterfeited quite a bit.
