Poll Question
I know we have done a poll like this in the past but I wondered where everyone is sitting now? I sold a few ounces this week to buy the wife and I the new iPhone 5's. Probably a dumb move but after buying a bunch of face value US coinage last month at 17-18 times I felt like it was time to take a bid of the profit off the table. Plus, like the old saying goes "happy wife, happy life" I was over the 2,500 mark but with my current sales I believe I am at around 2,450 oz., but that includes everything as silver weight like my 25th anniversary sets and all of my Morgan collection which would never be sold at melt. 10k is my ultimate cool though

I'm a little shy of the 2000 mark right now. Might stay that way unless prices come back down a bit...

Im sitting at about 64oz. holding off buying right now until things settle a bit in the market. Seeing if all this buy is impulsive or if this is where silver is going to be. Wait until mid next week and then start going again. I was thinking of doing this poll again just yesterday. With the last few months being a great buying Op, curious to see where stacks are at!

I'm still at 1345 ozs. and have not bought any silver since late July. Will add more if we get a price pull-back to the $30 area. If not, then I am OK as-is.

I have about 200 oz. I weighed the box that it is in with the coins and it weighed over 18 lbs I guess about 15 lbs of silver. roughly 14 troy oz per pound? just a guess

more than 100 but less than 250 :(
I'm very slow in pulling the trigger ... chasing collectible items forgetting about accumulating bullion ... though my collector endeavor brought me some very nice profit

Stuck at 979 oz. Last year was a good one. I managed to add just under 200 oz., but I won't get anywhere near that in 2013. Actually, I think once I hit 1000 oz., I'm done for a few years, barring a major silver crash. Had a chance to pull the trigger on 17 oz. but someone on ebay wanted it more. I'll crack 1k by Apr., I hope, unless prices remain high.

I was over 50 oz at one point but I sold when it got over $45 an oz. Now I about 15oz but its all in coins with numismatic value with the exception of 1.5oz which are bullion coins I like the design of.

I count myself lucky to have made some good purchases right before the price spike. Man, I'm gonna miss those $28 buys.

Currently at 35 ozs. Started collecting in late June. I'm shooting for 65oz before X-Mas but, well have to see if these prices go down a bit first

I might be owning less silver tomorrow evening. I have plans to take some ASE with me to possibly sell at my local coin show to get more gold coins. That depends on their buying price for ASE
