I would agree it looks more like AU-58 than MS based on the apparent rub on Liberty's cheek and in the left obverse field. The reverse appears to have full luster and might grade MS-63 on its own. So, I guess it's a commercial MS-61. A decent choice for a type set and the overdate is a cool feature.

That's a super slider. Probably a true 58 market graded to 61.

I could see it as a AU or a MS. Does the overdate cost more? probably not right? Its not very obvious

Not really until you hit MS62 and higher. MS61 and below the overdate usually does not command a premium.

I like it and got it for good price (IMO) and the overdate is a bonus for discussion.
