Hoping I do not overstep my welcome with the following technical analysis of this lovely Vermont ... since you wrote to
share and not to be
judged.
Your photos are accurate enough for me to formulate an opinion on technical grade ... so I offer the following in the spirit of a somewhat experienced silver commemorative collector supporting a valued CCF member ...
The high points on the obverse and thus first subject to wear are the cheek of Ira Allen and the hair in his (the portrait) temple area.
The high points on the reverse are the upper (left) shoulder and cheek of the catamount.
I see no breaks in luster at any of these high points ... thus this is an MS coin.

From that starting point ... just how MS is it?
The obverse fields appear to be clean ...with a few minor bag hits at 1pm and at 4pm. The obverse portrait shows evidence of numerous scattered chatter marks on the cheek/eye area with a reasonably noticeable bag hit on the eyebrow of Mr. Allen.
Note as well a noticeable bag hit on Ira Allen suit collar (directly above the R of IRA) ...
There are some mint handling issues with the reverse fields ... note in particular the rather large elongated bag hit above "RIBUS" in the lower legend.
The mid-section of the catamount shows numerous small chatter marks ... and the left foreleg exhibits a noticeable bag hit.
All said ... IMHO ... this is a gorgeous blast-white, fully lustrous MS64 example of this 28,412 net mintage classic piece of USA coinage history.

Truly hoping Moe I did not over-step where you wanted to go with this thread.
