Circulation. A proof made at this time would have an S-mark for San Francisco.

A 1975 proof dime with no mint mark is exceedingly rare. There are only a few known. If you have a dime that looks like a proof and has no mint mark, it is highly likely a circulation or mint set strike. Can we see some pictures?

You can distinguish proofs from business strikes by two things:

1.) The mirror finish of the fields around the design.

2.) The rim of proof coins will be square, the rim of business strikes is rounded.

Most likely you have a circulation strike, but we might be able to confirm this with a photo.
