But there are plenty of people who think it is real so it will probably go over 4K

The listing has ended prematurely. Quote: $1 2000 mule, in good condition really,
was told by the travelling coin buyers id be looking at around $50-100, so I thought id try selling it myself....
ive got a couple, so can combine post if you want 2 or more.. It seemed a bit suspicious though and I wouldn't have bid on it. The seller has feedback of 1, being a non coin item in 2008. He tries to make out that he doesn't know much about coins yet has at least one of the best quality mules I have seen ( assuming that the coin in the photo is the one being sold).

I asked him why the listing was removed and this is the reply hi, price it got to was crazy, was informed that without more good pics, buyer may file claim and take my money(and coin) anyway, which dosnt seem safe to me. ebay better come up with some better safety for sellers I think. at that kind of price, ill have to find a better way to list/sell it. To guarantee a cash payment, seems a whole lot better all round, then everyone is safe, and happy with the outcome. it seems that ebay may not be that good a place for sellers. sorry, HR

It may be totally legit but it seems a bit fishy to me.
Thats a darn fine looking mule though. Best one I have seen.

I have no doubt the coin pictured is genuine but can't understand the sellers thinking.

I would be surprised if ebay would tell him to remove the listing as I would think that they would be keen to take their cut
