I think it could grade AU details, corroded.

I would give it vf-ef details corroded. The reverse and the stars lead me to this grade.

I would agree with EF details. The corrosion has blurred the letters of the legend on the reverse, making the coin look more worn. The value is sadly greatly reduced compared to a problem-free coin with similar wear. I'd suggest $10 or so as a reasonable price.
