I am usually well receptive of opinions that I ask for, but my Seated dollar - No Motto ( https://goccf.com/t/133551) has me second, third, forth, etc...guessing myself. So, the search is resuming (somewhat) for a respectable representative. What does the CCF think of this one? It's a little high-brow, but...my friend who putting together his slabbed 7070 wants my " old" one. Thanks in advance! (sellers images)   |

Now this dollar is an up grade! Eye appeal of this exquisitely detailed 1849 is fantastic. Buy it especially if you have a buyer for your other.

I may have to pony-up both of my Seated dollars (with and w/o motto) to finance this one...but it may be so worth it!  Edited by oih82w8

I do like this one a bit better, but it's a question of how lusterous it is. In all likelihood it has been dipped at one time, but that is not necessarily a horrible thing for a high grade AU or an MS coin.
