Seems like I have been in a fog the last couple weeks and
not being focused on what I need to do to finish some of my
current sets.

So for my 2500th post I thought I would post some of the coins I picked up the last week or so. Some of these I may break out into other post to get more detailed response.

This is just a more general ...why did I buy these and not
the coins I need.

Daniels - I just pick these up, when I see them for what I think is a good deal. I think I have a couple rolls of proof Linclons and quite a few in 2X2 boxes.

I am curious what they are selling for on ebay.

I had to go look what were the dates of the ones pictured.
six are 1964's, one 61 and one 62.

I was thinking about posting these in the Canada section .. because I am curious if GB/UK coins like these
ever circulated in Canada.

Nice coins. All recent additions? I've been wanting to pick up the Lincoln commemoratives, too. (Some day I'll reach back for the commemorative half.)

Thanks .. yes all new coins. I pretty much buy coins three or four days a week.

The Slabbed coins, I thought were good deals, so I could not stop myself. Lincoln in the single box, Bald eagle
dollar and half in the other ... and the boxes. I thought they would make good holiday gifts.

take pictures of the date side and then change the sharpness, colors, contrast etc.. You might be able to find the date on some of them.

Gr58, I do 99% of my buying at a local coin shop. I used to do a lot of online shopping, but now I love to go into the shop. How about you?
Rest in Peace

You've hit on my New Year's resolution for 2013 - stay focused. But let me say this, if you are going to lose focus, you are doing it exactly right. Cool mix of coins.
