Was stumped today.

Seen a 2005 MOR without postage sell for $15.28 on the bay. With $1.50 for postage. Did a past search, and this is first one to crack the $10 mark.

I purchased a roll of these about six months ago, hoping that they would continue to trend up. I use Renniks, not Maccas. With release of new Maccas I was wondering if someone could assist me with the 2011 / 2012 and 2013 values of this coin.

The coin was not featured in mint sets, as it was the dancing man dollar which might make this a good coin to hold in UNC condition for the future.

Opinions? Thoughts? (& Maccas' values please)

there's plenty in circulation.
If I recall correctly, someone posted on CCF a while back that the final DM:MoR split was 60:40.
Not much of a basis for a premium in that.
But, even so, any "shiny" ones that I find, I keep.

Only 2 grades given, values are exactly the same for the 3 years.
Unc $6: Choice Unc $7

The mintages in maccas are 31,788,000 for the commemorative reverse and 5,792,000 for the MOR. I think that is pretty much correct as its roughly the pattern I've found in circulation.

Theyre the lowest mintage $1 MOR coins issued for circulation. Close is the 2000 dated coins with a mintage of 7,592,000.

There does seem to be quite a few rolls of the 2005 $1 MOR turn up on ebay and plenty of UNC coins. The 2000 coin has a much higher CV and I'm not surpised seeing as I hardly ever see UNC 2000 $1 coins on ebay.

The Renniks lists the coin for $6.
I'm still thinking it could be a coin to watch where it will go.

The UNC 2000 MOR is generally pulled from Mint Sets and goes for around $50 by itself on ebay. Last one I saw sold on ebay for $48 early Nov 12.
Have heaps of well circulated coins noodles over the couple of years.
