N-5 Rarity 3 is my guess on the 1817. I'm basing that on very little information because the dentils are worn so star alignment isn't possible, star 6 is broken so I'm guessing on the alignment to the coronet tip. However the date and curl seem to align to obverse 4.

The alignment of reverse leaves (D,S,F, and C) and the feet of the A in STATES being slightly high and seem to match up with reverse D.

Hopefully someone with more skills than me can help.

N-5 on the 1817 is what I am coming up with as well. Don't have my references for the late dates here but that repunching on the date should make it fairly easy.

Quick look before work. I would call the 1846 an N4 or N4a.

Is the 1846 an overdate or a restamped date?
