so to thank everyone for all the help and assistance on this coin forum, I will be hosting a contest for my 1000th post.
as many of you know, I am a college student with a full time job so I am lacking my average daily posts, this being said, I will make sure I hit 1000 posts within 2 weeks.
there will be a 1st place price valued at around 35$ (which precious metal is at 35$/oz? ;)!). 2nd price will be valued at around 10-15$ and I will have a 3rd, 4th and 5th place price valued at around 5$ ea.
so basically, there will be 5 happy members, and I will be giving away 60-65$ worth of free numismatic items to CCF members. (not including shipping)
i have not thought about a contest yet but I am working 50 hours this week at work, so I will have lots of time to think about one!
here is the only rule
rule: you must be awesome (must meet 1 or more explanations of the definition of awesome listed below)
awe·some 'ôse™m Adjective 1. Extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration, apprehension, or fear. 2. Extremely good; excellent. 3. Be a member of the coin community forum website
Synonyms dreadful - formidable - redoubtable - terrific - awful
thanks, and please check back to see when I start my contest :) Edited by jakedacc 01/13/2013 6:49 pm

I love them and hate them equally. I'm eternally optimistic and usually reminded of just how mediocre I am, the ying and yang thing. So let the contest begin ! NOTE *** I am not opposed to cheating !
