Not earth-shattering, but finding any variety excites me

It's also the little-known variety, " In Cod We Trust".

Always nice finding those in the piles of "common" 40's Mercs. I need to get a Regular S for my set and re-do my book(stupid 42/41 has a spot for some odd reason)

oooooooh, a 42/41... I am SO hoping to find one as I go through the rest of the tub. Not optimistic though since it's a naked-eye variety. My granddad was probably looking for that one and would have put it in a 2x2 (and the local dealer would have snatched it up decades ago).
