Some wear on the obverse but, the reverse carries it.. VG-8

I agree with VG-8. I believe some of the weakness in the lettering on the obverse might be due to weak strike rather than wear.

I think VG8 is spot on, too many dark areas to go any higher, the wear looks VG, but it's not the prettiest Flying Eagle to show up at the ball.
