How many were struck?
The clad brilliant proof mintage is in the Red Book
silver brilliant proof mintage is in the Red Book.
But no mintage in the Red Book for matte proof struck that year

You have to look under the commemorative portion of the RedBook because that is how it was issued, as part of a two piece commemorative set.
