I do appreciate and respect all opinions

Acetone will eliminate PVC if PVC. This coin looks like it has carbon spots on the obverse. You need to try Verdi-Care to halt the spots.
Do both. IMHO

" A net of three letters in LIBERTY must be readable" for VG. My guess G-4.

Solid G4 to me, I agree with the Verdi-Care idea, I don't think it's PVC, especially if it has just been in acetone recently, unless stored in a PVC soft flip and exposed to heat above 85F for a bit.

Solid VG in my opinion. Most coins grading G-4 will have little or no detail over Liberty's portrait. This piece appears to have visible L, I, and Y in LIBERTY which secures a VG grade.

I agree, treat with acetone to remove organics like PVC, then try Verdi-Care to hopefully improve the spotting situation. Can't hurt, might help!

when I zoom 400x with microscope cam letters are visible
i think 10 mins in acetone and I have to order verdi-care

once treated i'll bump with 400x zoom shots and revised ob/rv view

thanks for the time and feedback to all

Does not look like PVC (Poly-vinyl Cloride) damage (green slime).
