I am thinking VF-30 details, cleaned but I have a feeling this may be in a problem free slab.

The wear looks kind of uneven to me. Liberty and the eagle are much more worn than the rims. Not sure on this one. Cleaned VF details?

It's in a non-details slab, but yes, definitely cleaned but evidently market acceptable.
