I will go w/ F12 due to the fact that I can't make out Liberty on the ribbon. It could be the pics.

I think the coin is easily F12 and could arguably be F15 as a bump for its pure originality. It is VERY hard finding original, non-cleaned, non-white, Trade dollars (like the NGC one I have here that looks like it was cleaned within an inch of its life). I instantly bought this coin several years ago simply because of its unusual, original surfaces not normally seen with these coins.
