OK, which one of these sellers is pulling a SCAM:
1. elitetacticalknives:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/221194096268

or
2. eternitycoin:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1844-C-Libe...181080357059

They are both, obviously, the same coin. My vote is the scammer is eternitycoin. I believe eternitycoin couldn't sell this coin, so he is using his other ebay account to hide the obvious major problem and try to sell it as non-certified coin.....the dope wasn't enough smart enough to crop out the PCGS prongs in his pictures

Pretty dodgy. Its possible they sold the coin outside of ebay and now the buyer is just reselling. But not removing it from the slab? Not only is this person deceiving theyre either stupid or plain lazy.

Same coin - probably same owner, get a new seller ID, sell it as raw, crack it out if it passes reserve and sells, pretend you know nothing about coins and all you know is it's genuine. Pretty shady tactics for a legitimate coin dealer, I call it misrepresetation.

Pretty dodgy. Isn't this a violation of ebay rules on not disclosing problems?

Bought at $1645.

I'm torn. The obvious problems with the new listing - not mentioning the PCGS slab, the infantile postprocessing - are slam-dunk reasons for a SNAD dispute, and that's not the act of an experienced seller like Eternity. My guess is they're two different people, an offline transaction and hopefully a seller who's about to learn a hard lesson. Did you see his other listing - the plainly-AU 1908-S IHC he's calling "Gem Uncirculated?"

Clues exist somewhere, but he doesn't know where that is.

This story just wont end...a 'new' seller of this coin has entered the arena SCAM, summervillesc:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/151006111412

Obviously, the eBayer summervillesc is also the eBayer elitetacticalknives. This guy is determined to perpitrate his Scam.
