Yes - I had originally been going to have one in my
ebay name - back in '98 - when I made one up. But...
In 1998 I stumbled upon 3 identical glass insulators (classified as CD145s) in a color called "Pea Soup Green." Taking them to a small backyard insulator swap meet, people there were wowed by them.
Three months later, and 600 miles from home, I carried the insulators into my first national insulator show. A total stranger came out from behind his dealer table and addressed me by name. This continued to happen as I walked the aisles and drew a crowd.
This happened b/c there were/are 15 to 20 of this specific insulator (in this color) known; and they all had been found as solitary pieces. Finding 3 (actually 3 1/2 - one is severely damaged) was/is unheard of.
I was talking to a fellow insulator collector who was successful on
ebay at that time and she "officially" dubbed me with my
ebay name saying that insulator people would then know who it was they were dealing with. Those were in the days
ebay was young and great. So that's why no 42


@Bassmaster - thanks for the tip - I had not even thought of that before. At least the bill will be in the hands of someone who can appreciate it rather than just in circulation where I recently found it, and someone was able to get get a good deal.
