Glorious, but I can't help wondering whether I'm seeing wear on the top edge of the eagle's right wing or not. A TPG would either wimp out and call it AU58, or MS63FH/better.

Perhaps as MS grade, because I don't think I can find wear on any other high points. First place I go looking for wear is on LIB's hair.
This is the nicest FH I have seen, here in the CCF.

When the SLQ is in this condition, its GORGEOUS! The Beads on the shield on the left seem to be flattened a little, the tips of the eagle's feathers appear to may have a touch of wear. Slider

I suspect that some of those flattened beads on the shield are not the result of wear, perhaps a tiny amount of grease (or other material), filled die.

In hand I see no wear at all on the wing tips.. I am sure your seeing my poor lighting techniques. The three dots in the shield at 10:00 are certainly poorly struck and as suggested I believe it is grease or other issue filled in the die. This is clearly visible in one of the shots below. The shield itself is the weakest struck portion of the coin. Liberty's hair shows no wear as well. The head is full and well defined. The field is relatively clean of bag marks and hits obverse and reverse

I am guessing MS62-63.

Here are some more shots with lighting adjusted and the requested left leg.

Since you are getting it graded, my guess is AU58 FH. It looks like rub to me. A very nice coin.

I am guessing it may grade MS-62 or 63 FH. Sweet coin!

I think you'll get an MS grade. It definitely will get a full head designation whatever they decide on the number grade. The "wear" is quite possibly from die wear not from post mint handling of the coin. Very nice quarter.

Nice coin.

Hope you get the MS grade you are looking for.

Here are a few of my pretty ladies.

Too bad all of the good looking ones have issues. The only problem free one is the unattractive one.

Isn't this always the case. (with coins, not women of course )
