Help with Grading. Any VAM ideas are welcome. Thanks!

I think it can grade MS-64 maybe a little higher. There may be a cluster of luster breaks towards the lower part of the cheek which may keep it from grading a 65.

MS64 at least . To VAM this one we need much better photos, higher resolution and better focus. Check the eye for doubling, the "Alligator Eye" is common though, but does bring a small premium, often found in grades like this.

The mark at the top right on the obverse between the cap and the you is on the plastic - not the coin. I'll post better pictures tonight. I don't see the 'Alligator Eye' on my loop. Several die clash marks on the reverse and die cracks near the star between the United and One as well as near the wing tip near the D and S and between the E and S of States and across the entire top of the letters in America.

If the full luster is there I'm going to say MS65, there is a deep gouge above the D in Dollar, otherwise think it could have been MS66

This coin has clashing, but its date position and the angle of clashing/ the "die rotation" marks at the neck, and the does not seem to support letter transfers for VAM designations.

I'm in at MS-64 on this. Check VAM-21A.
Edited to add - It appears to have the die chip on the wheat leaf.
