I did a search on CCF, did not see where this has been posted.

I was just on Jake's coin supply web page and under their intercept shield section it has

Intercept Shield is...well.....apparently no longer in business. While no official notice has ever been released by the company..I'm sorry to report they have not released any products in several years. - Sorry!

I've been suspecting something like that, but coin dealers I ask are all very mum on the subject. Perhaps everyone has inventory issues to deal with.
