What would you grade this coin? I am thinking fine details.

I consider this to be fine details because as you see at PCGS Photograde, VG10 doesn't have all the letters of "LIBERTY" present like this coin. VG10 has 4 letters present. Of course grading can be subjective and we are talking about 10 and 12 when it is probably an 11 if there was a thing. I really was looking to verify it was cleaned because I think it is because it looks it. It was part of a lot I thought I may overpaid for but of the 4 Seated dimes, I just found a 1975s above the bow which is worth a little more, which evens it out a little better.

You got me interested, so I went to PCGS photo grade.

The F12 there has all of LIBERTY visible (weak E and R) and some detail on the corn at the back, these are the signs I usually look for in F dimes.

I was really looking to verify that the coin has been cleaned because it looks it to me. I guess that is when people say a coin is VG/F details when it seems on the fence. It does like F-12 to me according to their picture(well closer to than VG-10). As you can see from the pictures, you can tell two coins have been cleaned: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...321113309008

You can't tell one of the Seated dimes is 1875s above the bow since the reverse coins obviously don't coincide with the obverse picture.

I agree with VG-10 details, cleaned. Overall details are a F but the lack of a partially visible "E" in liberty is going to hold it back.
