I'd actually read that "carbon spots" were not technically carbon as well so I just googled "carbon spots on coins" and this came up http://www.coinbooks.com/esylum_v07n16a16.html
Not sure if its the same article.

G'day Darge, Just read your post, yes sorry you felt you'd missed the joke. Tend to cross the topic /forum and probably time barriers with some of the comments posted.

Nothing evil boll weevil .....

As Robster says, some might get it, others ignore it, but we are amused. Feel free to adopt any of those options or form a new one!

Robster is my evil twin and has one or more examples of any predecimal error I post ......

And when at last the Unicorn spoke, and said "'Twas all in funâ€"
'Twas just a little harmless joke, a threepence overdone."
"A joke!" he cried, "Lizzie's other side; a lively sort of lark;
I'd like to catch that in good light was Robster's keen remark."

And now while round the forum floor the list'ning coiners gape,
He tells the story o'er and o'er, and brags of his coin scrape.
"Them minting chaps what make a coin, King George, I've had enough,
One tried to crop my bloomin' pic, but thank the Lord she's tough."
And whether he's believed or no, there's one thing to remark,
That flowing words are all the go until one of us does kark!

Sensational prose Unicorn.! Reminds me of the wonderful epitaph carved into Great Uncle William's Headstone in Bothwell Scotland.

Thank you kind Gents .....

I am sure that Banjo Paterson would be rolling in his grave with my distort to the conclusion to his Man from Ironbark.

Just found five CCF topic updates in my junk mail, anyone else HATE outlook as much as I do? They simply make up rules as they go along.

I thought you had all absconded.

Impressive pics enworb, the first is very similar to mine.

Ha Ha At the poem the Unicorn. Don't worry about me getting offended, not the case, not ever, just hate to miss out on any humour going round.

That's a nice flaw Robster

Quote:
Told you I was Crook
