This one I believe is better than the one featured in Treasure Hunting Mercury dimes book, or as equal to it. The diagnostic is there plus it shows sign of remain under the lower loop of the S, so it could be an earlier die stage.

Photos may not capture the bands in the center, but is close to 98% FB, and most would call it full band.
